I called for Labour to declare that Wales could exist as an independent nation, not that it would be successful in that guise.
thats how i read it Normal mouth. You wern't advocating that Labour should declare Wales becomes an indpenendent nation but that if it did it would succeed. But i note your objection you know better than me your point! I will amend.
